SALES

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • • Managing multiple accounts and support outside sales reps
  • • Assist customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
  • • Daily order and sales quotation entry
  • • Maintain customer records by updating account information

  • • Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and resolve customer issues

SERVICE CENTER

  • • Educate client on how to use and maintain equipment
  • • Diagnose problems and provide solutions to repair
  • • Perform maintenance and provide customer support
  • • Order parts needed for repair/replacement

Qualifications/Skills

  • • Valid drivers license
  • • Must be able to read blueprints and diagrams
  • • Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills



WAREHOUSE

  • • Receive, record, and stock products
  • • Operate necessary inventory management tools (ex. Forklift, bar code scanner)
  • • Ability to work on feet for 8 hours and lift loads up to 50 pounds
  • • Comply with OSHA and other safety regulations

Qualifications/Skills

  • • Ability to work on feet for 8 hours
  • • Lift loads up to 50 pounds
  • • Operate forklift
  • • Basic math skills



DRIVER

  • • Follow best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading or unloading a truck
  • • Local deliveries (M-F, Daytime 8 hour shift)
  • • Transport packages to and from destinations on schedule
  • • Stage delivered product where customer requests
  • • Delivery types are Dock and/or Store Door
  • • Interact with customers professionally
  • • Comply with OSHA and other safety regulations

Qualifications/Skills

  • • CDL (Class A & Class B)
  • • Time management skills
  • • DOT Medical Card



PICKER/LOADER (2nd Shift)

  • • Picking orders as requested by management
  • • Sealing and tagging containers, confirming accuracy of orders and signing pick tickets to confirm
  • • Ensuring correct shipping information is attached and moving completed orders to shipping area
  • • Placing containers on pallets, and securing with stretch wrap, shrink wrap and strapping
  • • Loading and unloading trucks by using totes, jacks and forklifts
  • • Comply with OSHA and other safety regulations

Qualifications/Skills

  • • Ability to work harmoniously with diverse range of people.
  • • Proficient with using tools required for this position
