What are your hours of operations?

We are open from Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.


How do I place orders?

  • Call in to one of our customer service reps or your designated sales representative
  • Order Online with your established account and login

Is there a minimum order amount?

  • There are no minimums on order amounts when shipping via UPS or for pick-up orders.
  • There is a $250.00 order minimum for free delivery to designated areas.

How do I pick up my order directly from M.Conley?

Once your will call order is placed, pick-ups can be made the following day.


What if I need a product that is not shown in your online catalog?

As a well-established distributor and member of Network, we have buying power and relationships with a variety of preferred brands that can be leveraged to get you the exact products and services you need. Contact your sales representative or customer service rep with your request and your dedicated account team will get started!


What if I forgot to add an item to my order or need to place an emergency order?

If you forgot to place an order or need to add another item to your order at the last minute, your dedicated customer service representative and the entire customer service team are trained to handle emergency orders. Because the customer comes first, we’ll make every effort to respond to your request as quickly as possible and get the products in your hands.
