To use this Goo Gone product, make sure to pre-test it on an inconspicuous area. For hard surfaces, apply the product and wipe. Wash the surface with hot, soapy water. If the mess is especially tough, try letting the cleaner sit on the surface for 5-10 minutes. For carpet or upholstery, apply the cleaner to a clean white cloth and gently blot at the stain. Clean the area with soap and water. For clothing, don't treat stains while wearing. Apply Goo Gone to the stain and blot with a clean white cloth. Launder the clothing separately and use extra detergent. Use this product only per the label directions.
